Description

Goal: HUB: 10%. 1. Vendor shall replace two (2) 120-Gallon 3-phase hot water heaters (1 on the first floor and 1 on the second floor) and check for leaks. 2. Vendor shall replace one (1) 20-Gallon thermal expansion tank on the first floor. 3. Vendor shall replace one (1) expansion tank and repair any leaking piping. 4. Vendor shall install 36W Conversion kit. 5. Vendor shall remove and dispose of the current hot water heaters according to federal regulation. 6. Vendors shall inspect the equipment for any hidden damages or necessary repairs.
