| Description | Provide carpet and vinyl base, prep concrete floor and install carpet/vinyl base into gymnastics room. New room use will be a fitness center with cardio machines. Approximately 8800 sq. ft. Option 1: Utilize broadloom carpet to cover 7,000 sq. ft. This will not include the entire room. Provide end transition strip for 87’. Option 2: Utilize broadloom carpet to cover entire room of 8,800 sq. ft. Option 3: Utilize carpet tile for the entire 8,800 sq.ft. All options should include an accent carpet at 3 ramps totaling 315 sq. ft. All carpet to be class 1 fire rated. All options include new vinyl base cove All furniture will be removed.
