Provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary to remove and replace all these equipment with the new equipment and to remove the dirt, debris, and particles that have accumulated in the outside air chase/ductwork, air handler units, ductwork, turning vanes, splitters, dampers, all surfaces within the associated duct work, supply diffusers, and return grilles. All foreign materials such as dust, mold, soot, lint, hair, bacteria, and other air movement residues shall be removed from the area
