Description

As of November 9, 2022, construction is underway. A timeline for completion has not been confirmed. Separate Bid Proposals will be received to include construction for the following Bid Packages: Separate Prime General Construction Bid: All labor, materials and equipment associated with the work identified as Civil and General Construction on the Construction Documents. Separate Prime Mechanical Construction Bid: All labor, materials and equipment associated with the work identified as Mechanical Construction on the Construction Documents. Separate Prime Electrical Construction Bid: All labor, materials and equipment associated with the work identified as Electrical Construction on the Construction Documents. Single Prime Construction Bid: All Portions of Work - General, Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction. Each Bid must be accompanied by a separate envelope, (attached to the Bid Envelope) containing a Bid Bond equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid naming Stanley Park District as Obligee. The Contractor shall also enclose within the Bid Bond Envelope a copy of the Bidder's North Dakota Contrac-tor's License or a copy of their latest Renewal Certificate issued by the Secretary of State as per North Dakota Century Code 43-07-12. All Contractors who submit Bids must hold a North Dakota Contractors Li-cense in the highest amount of their Bids and such license must have been in effect at least ten (10) days prior to the date of the Bid Opening. Any Bid not containing these documents shall not be acceptable and shall be returned to the Bidder unopened. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Insurance Coverages and other requirements stipulated in the Project Manual. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 30 days of the actual date of the opening. Bid Result.
