Install A/C Split System at Parkville Armory

Provide all labor, equipment, tools materials and supplies required for the installation of a mini-split system to provide A/C within office spaces at the Parkville Armory. Work will include start-up and providing training or the system to necessary personnel. Contractor is to provide a Hitachi VRF heat pump system; or approved equal, for a fully functioning A/C system. It will be two (2) separate systems, one for the right wing and one for the left wing of the facility. a. Outdoor Units – Two (2) 6 ton units capable of servicing eight (8) areas of the building and the ability to service more in the future. 1) Units are to be installed in areas for best function and approved by the Using Agency. Units are also to be installed in a fashion to keep them off the ground. b. Indoor Units – Number of units will depend on the capability of providing service to the requested eight (8) areas of the bldg. 1) All indoor units are to have drain pans, level sensors, drain pump kits and wall stats.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution, Central HVAC Equipment.
Division 26 -	Electrical.
