Description

Work includes, but not limited to: 1. Provide new natural gas boiler and hot water pumps to replace existing. 2. Provide new variable volume AHUs with chilled water cooling coils to replace existing and air condition the entire existing. 3. Provide direct digital control (DDC) system with remote connectivity for all new mechanical equipment. 4. Replace chiller 5. Replace terminal boxes on floors 1 -5. 6. Provide First Floor HVAC equipment upgrades. 7. Replace existing smoke dampers and controls 8. Clean, refurbish, and test existing fire dampers; provide fusible link as required. 9. Provide Universal Toilet.
