Marvin Griffin Road New Landscaping and Irrigation Project

This project includes, New landscaping and irrigation services to include but is not limited to the following activities: •Removal of select existing vegetation as indicated •Removal of vegetation from existing chain link fencing •Soil preparation and installation of landscape plantings •Removal and replacement of sections of existing chain link fencing and installation of masonry and decorative steel fencing to match existing (Merchant’s Metals V2 rail extended picket or equal) •Remove and install lockable heavy-duty decorative gate to match fence. Gate shall have a drop pin embedded in concrete to secure the center •Design and installation of irrigation system in areas indicated on plans •Installation of frost-proof yard hydrants in locations shown. •Installation of 4” concrete slab as shown on plans. •Installation of mulch in locations shown •Soil preparation and installation of sod as shown •Maintenance of the plantings
