The Work to be performed shall be on North East 6th Street between Ballarat Ave North East and Thrasher Ave, on Janet Ave North East from North East 6th Street to the south, on Orchard Avenue North East from North East 6th Street to the south, on Merritt Avenue North East from North East 6th Street to the South and on Thrasher Ave NE from NE 6th Street to North East 4th Street. The Work will consist of, but is not limited to, water main replacement; water service replacement; fire hydrant replacement; road reconstruction; miscellaneous surface restoration; traffic control; and other Work as required to complete the Project.
