| Description | Scope Of Work: Remove the existing skylight panels, ridge vents, plumbing pipe boots, eave and rake trim. Replace the skylight panels with new R-Panels. Close ridge vent openings and bridge the internal gutter with sheet metal so as to provide a suitable deck system as required to install a single ply roof system. Install 2x6 perimeters as required for attachment of the roof membrane and associated eave and rake trim. Install R-Panel flute filler and cover board insulation attached through the roof and into the support purlins. Install a water diverting cricket on the warehouse roof section, eliminating the internal gutter. Install 60 mill TPO single ply membrane roof system to include custom fabricated eave and rake trim. |
