Description New Warehouse Structure (38,000 SF) A. Demo and dispose existing (22' x150') drive-thru power wash station. B. Provide and install (188' x 202') of metal storage prefab structure with galvalume metal roof and walls. Simpson Steel or similar. C. Provide and install (4) 3'x7' man doors, as required. See floor plans for locations. D. Provide (2) 14'x16' truck openings without any overhead doors. III. Clean and Close Out A. Removal of any debris must be done off site and not within the building. B. A construction clean-up must be done at the contractor's expense and owner's approval.
