Description

The project generally consists of construction of a new 756 square foot 1 story utility shed with concrete piers and timber breakaway walls on the existing Trap Dock onshore elevated loading platform concrete foundation. The project is subject to MA Prevailing Wage Rates. There is no charge for electronic delivery of the contract documents. Award is subject to availability of sufficient funding. Bids will be award based on the Base Bid only. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: the Town of Chatham, MA, 549 Main Street, Chatham, MA 02633. All questions pertaining to the plans, specifications, or any of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of Daniel Robbins and delivered by email sent to drobbins@geiconsultants.com. To be given consideration, all questions must be received by 12 p.m. Friday August 19, 2022. No questions will be answered if received after the deadline indicated.
