Grading

Improvements under this Site-Specific Contract consist of reshaping ditches and reworking shoulders along State Road 10 (US 90) in Holmes County at designated locations, from Walton County Line (M.P. 0.000) to Washington County Line (M.P. 14.030) and Washington County Line (Mile Post 19.069) to Washington County Line (Mile Post 27.386). These ditches are non-typical and should be re-graded to +/- 3 inches of the original flow line to create a free and unobstructed flow of drainage water. For the purposes of this contract, the original flow line is considered to be the linear projection along the ditch bottom between the invert elevations of immediately adjacent drainage structures. Spoil material removed from ditches and shoulders shall be relocated to FDOT storage pit in Caryville.
