| Description | All bids shall be made on the printed forms attached to and made a part of this contract. Bid prices will be firm for the period of November 1, 2022 - April 30, 2023. Services will be paid in cash within thirty (30) days after receipt of verified vouchers and acceptance by the Aberdeen City Council. The Aberdeen City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive irregularities and accept the bid it deems most favorable and in the best interest of the City of Aberdeen after all bids have been examined. |
