Hazel Ruby Mcquain Amphitheater - Selective Renovations

The project involves the installation of concrete retaining walls, concrete sidewalks, and metal guard assemblies. A certified check or bank draft, payable to City of Morgantown, or satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid must be submitted with each bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularity therein.
