Alternate Bid Items include the following: HMA Pavement, Concrete Curb & Gutter, Concrete Sidewalk, and LED Walkway Lighting. Pre-Qualification:yes The City of Watertown reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for sixty (60) days after the time set for opening Bids. Bidders shall prequalify with the City on forms in the bidding documents or on forms supplied by the Contractor not less than five (5) days before the opening of Bids. |
