Construction of: 2022 Miami Township Milford Hills Intersection Widening Project This project consists of: Under this contract the successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for performing and completing the required improvements as stipulated in the plans and specifications. and consisting of the cover sheet, general notes with profile and estimated quantities, and the grading plan. The Contractor shall provide all the labor and furnish all the materials, except as herein otherwise specified, necessary for properly performing and completing the work per the itemized construction activities listed in the plans and on the "Quantity Estimate and Bid Tabulation" page of this document. The methods, materials, and appliances used therefore shall conform to the current edition of the State of Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Materials Specifications. These specifications can be found on the ODOT website listed below: Note: Excavation/Embankment Payment: Payment for excavation and embankment of dirt, including any necessary haulOoff shall be incidental to the remainder of the project. Any items required, including labor, equipment, and/or materials, but not shown as a separate pay item in the proposal, shall be furnished and installed as incidental to the contract, except where noted in the plans and specifications. All work shall be completed between April 3, 2023 and June 30,2023. Curb ramp and sidewalk will be replaced on the northeast side. New curb will match existing type. Utility pole on northeast corner will be relocated by the appropriate utility company. Existing pavement on Milford Hills within project limits will be milled and replaced according to the plans and specifications labeled: The Trustees reserve the right to add or delete footage and or tonnage of the project as specified in the plans.
