| Description | This project is to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work for Chiller Plant Upgrade B138, Tuscaloosa VAMC, as required by drawings and specifications. Work includes the demolition of the sites cooling towers, all associated condenser water piping at the site s chiller plant, install new cooling towers, install new condenser piping, remove and replace with new valves indicated in the A/E construction drawings, the demolition of all the chiller plant chilled water pumps and replaced with new chilled water pumps, installation of new maintenance catwalk platforms, and the removal and replacement of chillers as indicated in the construction drawings. |
