For Shingle Roof Replacement 2022 - Parks Shelters Each proposal shall be signed by the full name and business address of each person or company interested in the same; shall be accompanied by a security bond by a bonding company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio, or by a certified check on some solvent bank in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the submitted proposal, the surety bond or certified check being payable to the City of Moraine, Ohio, as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, a contract will be entered into and its performance properly secured by a satisfactory bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The proposal must be made on the forms provided in the Contract Documents, or a copy thereof, with a price quoted for the proposed maintenance services. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals; to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received or to accept any proposal which is deemed most favorable to the City of Moraine.
