| Description | The Lawrence Township Board of Education is requesting bid proposals for the project listed below. The board of education assumes no responsibility for delays in the mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the address stated herein later than the due date and time. Bids MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CERTIFIED CHECK, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR BID BOND PAYABLE TO THE LAWRENCE TOWNSHIP BOARD OF EDUCATION FOR NOT LESS THAN 10% OF THE BID AMOUNT, NOT TO EXCEED $20,000. Bidder shall supply a Consent of Surety, with bid, for 100% of first year's contract amount. Interested persons may also make inquiries at 609-671-5420. *Bidders are required to comply with requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27). *Bidders are required to submit a Chapter 33, P.L. 1977 Ownership Affidavit and a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Business Registration Certificate and a Political Contributions Disclosure form. |
