Description | Description Disclosure of the Size of Construction Project: Between $100,000 and $200,000 All Questions are due NLT 22 June 2022 by 1400 PDT. Proposals are due NLT 29 June 2022 by 1400 PDT. See 3.2.2.3-63 SITE VISIT (CONSTRUCTION) (JUL 2004) for site visit POC. NOTE: Site Visit requires RSVP by 2:00 PDT on 13 June 2022 to Site Visit POC Julie Stoudt by phone 509-742-2610. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) requires carpet removal and install as part of FAALC Enhancement Program at the GEG Spokane, WA. The contractor will provide labor, travel, permits/application fees, mobilization costs and tools for technicians to travel to the Spokane, WA - GEG site for the purpose of removal of old carpet, wall base, and adhesive and install new carpet, wall base (material to be determined; i.e. rubber, vinyl or rubber/vinyl mix), and adhesive on the 1st, 11th, and 13th (air traffic control cab floor); Contractor will ensure compliance with ADA standards. All work shall be completed by a licensed contractor in the state of Washington and completed in accordance with local, state, federal and industry standard requirements. Contractor work schedule will have to be approved by local FAA POC (point of contact). Contractor will provide samples of carpet, wall base, adhesive, and touch up paint FAA for approval. Reference attached photo and drawings. The offeror must e-mail any questions concerning sensitive technology to the Department of State at CISADA106@state.gov. All questions regarding the project/specifications/plans must be received in writing (bryon.r.nolan@faa.gov) no later than 2:00 p.m. PDT, June 22, 2022 to allow for responses to be provided prior to due date for receipt of proposals. Mark all emails with solicitation no 6973GH-22-R-00144. Removal of old carpet, wall base, and adhesive and install new carpet, base wall, and adhesive on the 1st, 11th, and 13th floors at the ATC facility in GEG Spokane, WA. |
