Municipal Building Roof Project

Contract Work (Project) consisting of General Construction for the modifications, new metal roofing and other improvements to the Municipal Building per the Contract Drawings. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the Jefferson Township Supervisors, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable Surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each Bid. The Project is not subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage requirements. A Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds with good and sufficient surety will be required. Questions regarding this Bid shall be submitted in writing to the Township Secretary via e-mail at jefftwp1@verizon.net per guidance outlined in the bidding documents. Verbal requests will not be accepted. No pre-bid meeting has been scheduled for the project. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids for any reason or no reason, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate Contract amounts.
