Description | Separate Bid Packages D005374 General Construction $1,700,000 - $2,200,000 D005375 Electrical $255,000 - $345,000 D005376 Mechanical $40,000 - $53,000 D005377 Plumbing $33,000 - $45,000 General Construction Contract D005574 $170,000.00 One hundred and seventy thousand and 00/100 dollars includes work at the Highland Lodge, the construction of a new Memorial Pavilion and interior/exterior work at 9 cabins and 2 staff cottages. Work at Highland lodge will include landscaping, a new patio, parking reconfiguration, a new entrance canopy and upgraded/new educational exhibits. A new Memorial pavilion will be constructed adjacent to Duck Pond. The cabins and staff cottages will receive ADA upgrades, window and door replacement, ceiling and floor repairs/replacements and general maintenance upgrades to the exteriors/interiors. Abatement work at Highland Lodge, the cabins and staff cottages will also be performed. Electrical Construction Contract D005575 $20,000.00 Twenty thousand and 00/100 dollars The Electrical Contractor Work involves the upgrade of interior/exterior lighting fixtures, repairs and replacement of outdated equipment in the cabins, staff cottages and the Highland Lodge, and a new generator connection for the Lodge as well as other improvements associated with the educational exhibits. Mechanical Construction Contract D005576 $32,000.00 Thirty-two thousand and 00/100 dollars The Mechanical Contractor Work involves the installation of a new generator and associated propane tank, ductwork and hvac equipment at Highland lodge and minor upgrades to HVAC systems at the cabins and staff cottages. Plumbing Contract D005577 $10,500.00 Ten thousand five hundred and 00/100 dollars The Plumbing Contractor Work involves the upgrade of plumbing associated with restroom rehabilitation in the cabins, staff cottages, and the at the Highland Lodge as well as other improvements associated with new elements. Also included is the conversion from existing hot water heater to instant hot water heaters within various cabins. Project Alternates Alternate 1 - Hickory Cabin ( 1): The alternate includes all interior and exterior improvements. General Construction Contractor: General removals and upgrades of existing materials including cleaning, painting, refinishing etc. where worn or damaged. Mechanical Contractor: HVAC conversion from fuel oil to propane and other associated up grades. Electrical Contractor: Upgrade of interior/exterior lighting fixtures, repairs and replacement of outdated electrical components. Plumbing Contractor: Conversion from existing hot water heater to an instant hot water heat er and associated upgrades. Alternate 2 - Maple Cabin (2): The alternate includes all interior and exterior improvements.
