| Description | Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13). GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WORK TO BE ACCOMPLISHED: (Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, and permits, necessary for the install approximately 1000 -4000 CFM dedicated outside air handling/dehumidification unit in Bldg 7353,7355,7358. System can be integrated to the existing Air Handling Units. Clean Air Handling Units, coils, duck works and blowers. Replace all dampers, actuators, and sensors. Balance the entire systems. Replace diffusers. Repair/Replace 2 each Air Handlers, hot/ chilled water piping and drain lines, repair mechanical rooms, modify, replace DDC Control system, repair, replace and upgrade the electrical circuits serving these components as necessary. This will be accomplished for one(1) each building. |
