Lawn Care Maintenance for All AMHA Owned and Managed Properties

Mowing Service will include: General cleanup of trash and debris and mowing of yards and, removal of grass clippings from sidewalks, parking area and lots. Contractor Note: (In the City of Athens a mowing contractor is prohibited by Athens City Code to blow grass clippings into or onto any street or sidewalk at any time). Trimming of grass and weeds along flower beds, sidewalks, curbs, trees, shrubs, buildings, fences, poles, parking lot bumper blocks, and other fixed obstacles. Mowing and trimming of all grass and weeds shall occur weekly and is anticipated to occur between the months of March through the end of October and possible November of 2021.
