The successful Bidder will be required to enter into a contract with the above Owner and to furnish all the materials, perform all of the work, supervise, coordinate, administrate and be responsible for the work. A cashier's or certified check, payable without recourse to LIVINGSTON PARISH PUBLIC SCHOOLS or acceptable surety proposal bond in an amount not less than 5% and of the largest possible bid must accompany each bid as a guarantee that if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into a contract and execute bonds in forms as outlined in the Specifications.
