Eastern Laboratory Boiler Maintenance

Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to provide boiler preventive maintenance services on 2 fulton steam boilers and 1 fulton pulse hw boiler as described herein at the department of forensic science, eastern laboratory. preventive maintenance shall include all adjustments and service required to maintain all systems and equipment in continuous good operating condition, in accordance with the manufacturer(s)' specifications and sections 3.1.1 and 3.1.2 below. in addition, an annual inspection of the deaerating (da) tank is also required. contractor shall begin quarterly preventive maintenance service (see section 3.1.2 below) within 2 weeks of the start of the contract. the annual schedule shall be established after the aforementioned initial preventive maintenance.
