Project No. 200180 Northeast Acres Phase 2 Improvements - to include: the construction of Lisa St (975 LF) and Peterson Dr (580 LF) including grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water main, base course, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, landscaping, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents.
