Description

Work includes all labor, material, equipment, testing, tax, overhead, and profit necessary to install, construct, and place into service the items described to provide a complete and functional system ready for use by the City. The Contractor to complete the Bayfront Park AC Water Main Replacement firstly, then Siesta Dr. AC Water Main, and lastly the 7th St. AC Water Main respectively. Contractor may start and work on all three projects concurrently, however, substantial and total completion shall be project specific.
