Description | 2023 Truck Scale Replacement 80 Leland Ave. Ext. Utica, NY 13502 Site inspection must be completed between the dates of November 18, 2022 and 9:00 AM on December 15, 2022. Contact Andrew Opperman at 315-733-1224 Ext. 1300 or andrewo@ohswa.org to schedule site inspections. Andrew Opperman will maintain a document signed by the Bidder verifying the time and date of the site inspection. This document can be copied for the Bidder, if necessary. A deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid will be required. This deposit shall consist of a bid bond or a certified check payable to the Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Management Authority. Failure to submit bid bond or certified check will result in automatic disqualification of bid. Bid must be submitted upon the proposal form(s) furnished, and must not be detached from the specification book. Packages containing bids must be sealed, marked 2023 TRUCK SCALE REPLACEMENT, Bid Ref. No. 22-05 and addressed to Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Management Authority, 1600 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13502 Attn: Andrew Opperman. The Authority reserves the right to revise or amend the specifications prior to the date set for the opening of the bids. Such revisions and amendments, if any, will be announced by addenda to this advertisement. The Authority reserves the right to reject all bids received. All qualified respondents will be afforded equal opportunities without discrimination. Furthermore, the Authority invites certified minority and women- owned business enterprises (M/WBE) participation in this Invitation to Bid.
