Seawall Joint and Paver Repair Work - Live Oak Point

Professional, licensed individual or firm for services required for the seawall joint and paver repairs at Live Oak Point, located at 5100 Tamiami Trail, Charlotte Harbor, Florida 33980.The Scope of Services shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Remove and stockpile pavers and bedding sand. Preserve and pull back existing geotextile fabric. Excavate behind seawall and stockpile removed material. Install geotextile fabric from bottom of cap to six (6”) inches below mudline. Place and compact fill material. Restore existing geotextile fabric. Replace missing or damaged fabric. Reset Pavers and compact in place with joint sand. Reset electrical vaults and conduit disturbed during excavation. Electrical services shall be shut off by Contractor prior to excavation and restored once complete. Form and pour concrete in a manner to prevent concrete from dropping through water column. Concrete work shall be done in accordance with the concrete notes listed on the engineered drawings. Fill gap between seawalls with #89 stone.
