William J McAdam Park Renovation Project

The McAdam Park Renovation project will provide renovations to McAdam Park, including but not limited to accessibility upgrades, sewer line upgrades, lighting upgrades, playground upgrades, and parking lot upgrades. McAdam Park will serve as the new home for the Palmdale Pony League and will provide for a new baseball field for league play, creating an increased occupancy. This project will provide a new accessible modular restroom to replace the existing non accessible restroom at McAdam Park, which will be cleaned and gutted. A new concession stand will be provided. Approximately 285 feet of sewer line will be removed and replaced with a new sewer line that has sufficient slope to address the maintenance issues of the existing, flat sewer line. An accessible path of travel from the existing ADA parking to the new restroom will be provided through the replacement of portions of the existing concrete walkway.
