| Description | Project Description: This is a Non-personal, Firm Fixed Price service contract to provide, install, and test equipment to repair UPS and associated hardware. The Fort Bragg AEDC is currently in a HAZCON situation (CCIR-20180802-4160) with NO B side UPS that has impacted JRSS and other enterprise services (SCCM, AD, ACAS). The UPS has lost (2) of the primary bypass switches that has caused a total loss of power to all equipment at the data center. If there is any interruption in the A-side power the data center will experience a complete power loss. The manufacture Schneider Electric requires a factory trained and certified technician to provide all repair to the UPS as to not void any current manufactures warrantees. Requirement is for NEC FI-MUE SUST - AEDC, Bldg 8- 2318, Fort Bragg, North Carolina, 28310. The Contractor shall remove failed static bypass switches, Install replacement switches and dispose of the failed parts(s). The Contractor shall provide and install a new APC Symmetra PX 25kW power module. The Contractor shall test the system after all parts have been replaced and insure 100% functionality of the APC UPS prior to departing the work site. | ||
