The District is not responsible for any costs incurred in response to this Invitation to Bid. Work under this Contract includes: External and Internal Building Demolition at three locations, Approximately 1,990 LF of Security Fencing Installation, Approximately 215 LF of Security Fencing Installation , Security Gates. Location- 15022 35th Ave W Lynnwood, WA 98087, SITE 1 ADDRESS: 15015 HWY 99 SITE 2 ADDRESS: 15046 35TH A VE The District reserves the right to reject any bid, any portion of any bid and/or to reject all bids. The District further reserves the right, but without obligation, to waive informalities and irregularities. No bid will be considered unless accompanied by a bid guaranty (certified or cashier's check, surety bond, or postal money order) payable to Alderwood Water and Wastewater District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Total Bid Price. Minority and Women-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. The following identifies the types of subcontracting opportunities that may be available on this contract and is provided only for informational purposes. Work Categories: Fencing, demolition, concrete, paving. All work performed on this project will be subject to the State of Washington prevailing wage rates .
