The project location is located on NFSR 250, approximately 360 feet south of US-40.. Period of Performance: 03/01/2023 to 11/30/2023 Between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The Offeror may submit any questions with regard to this report by email to NDAA1290Cert@state.gov. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work for this contract includes all labor, materials, supplies, and equipment for the installation of an AOP, to include but not limited to: - Design, Excavate and Construct the footings. - Install traffic control signs and close National Forest System Road 250. - Install the stream-flow diversion system. - Construct the channel bed and banks within the structure. - Supply and install the precast box culvert. - Remove stream-flow diversion system and return flow to the channel. - Install structural backfill and embankment. - Place surface aggregate. - Install object markers. - Remove signs and re-open National Forest System Road 250. - Seeding, planting, and final site work. - Fell and place dead trees on upstream floodplain In addition to the installation of the AOP, a requirement of this contract is to provide a design for the structure footings for review that is coordinate with the structure supplier and approved by an engineer licensed in Colorado.
