Terminal Access Road at the Northeast Florida Regional Airport

Goals for minority participation for each trade: 21.8% Goals for female participation in each trade: 6.9% Project Description: This project includes construction of a new primary airport access road, new and modified parking lots, new driveway access points to U.S.-1 and modified U.S.-1 median openings and turn lanes. Roadway construction includes full depth asphalt pavement, mill and overlay asphalt pavement, concrete curb and gutter, a concrete traffic separator, and pavement markings. Associated work includes new primary and secondary electrical services, new site lighting, modified sanitary sewer facilities, modified potable water facilities, and modified storm sewer and stormwater management facilities Technical questions shall be submitted in writing to Matt Singletary of Passero Associates (msingletary@passero.com) by the close of business day on Friday, September 9, 2022. An addendum responding to written questions received will be issued on Thursday, September 15, 2022. The St. Johns County Airport Authority , in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders or offerors that it will affirmatively ensure that any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
