Description | Installation of multiple storm water inlets to provide storm water conveyance to a new exfiltration system for the parking lot to prevent current drainage issues to the Armory building. The existing swale is to be reconstructed and concrete pad to be removed. Storm drains and inlets will be placed on the west side of the Armory building and connect to a proposed trench drain so the water runs off-site. Replacement of asphalt, concrete, vegetation and sod as necessary while maintaining access to buildings. Installation of a new grease trap in order meet required elevation slope for sanitary system, approximately 160 LF of 8” PVC gravity main which replaces the existing 8” Clay main and 2 manholes. One manhole to replace current existing lift station and another to remove the existing manhole and replaced with proposed manhole. Replacement of fencing, asphalt, concrete, vegetation and sod as necessary while keeping site secured and maintaining access to buildings and equipment. |
