| Description | Harford County, Maryland is soliciting bids for demolition services for derelict properties such as dwellings, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, garages, outbuildings, mobile homes, fences, roadways, curbs and gutters, sidewalks, landscaping and brush, benches, walls, general trash, debris, and vehicle or boat removal. Demolition services shall also require the abandonment of utilities such as water, sewer and electric services and their respective equipment (poles, cabinets), fuel tanks and lines, and septic tanks. The capping of utilities, such as wells being abandoned, shall be performed by licensed personnel. During demolition the protection of the public is required (barricades, fencing, wetting of dust, etc.) |
