Description

The City intends to award three (3) price agreements for on-call stormwater services. The City may, but is not obligated to, award up to th maximum number of price agreements. The services requested under these price agreements will be small in scope. Each Contractor can expect to construct 15-25 small projects per season ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 in cost and are subject to specific needs and budget availability in any given year. Most projects will be executed on single family residential sites, with the occasional work on small-scale commercial or multi-family properties. A typical construction season starts in mid-October and goes through May/June. The selected contractor(s) must hold a valid Landscape Contractors Board (LCB) and/or a Construction Contractor Board (CCB) license and shall provide, at its own risk and cost, all labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and other items needed to perform these tasks.
