Include televising of 34 private sewer laterals from basement to sewer main, pipe condition assessment including any and all defects, pipe size and material type, verification that foundation drains are not connected to the sanitary lateral, indication of the presence of a sump pump crock and pump, verification that sump and crock are installed correctly and discharging to the ground surface or storm sewer.
