Description | The County of Santa Clara (County) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Valet Parking Services for the County of Santa Clara Health and Hospital System (CSCHS) and other County agencies and departments. The County requires the services at the following CSCHS Locations: 1. Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC) a. Sobrato Pavilion near SCVMC Main Hospital Front Circular Entrance off of Renova Dr. 751 S. Bascom Avenue San Jose, CA 95128 b. SCVMC Emergency Room, Bldg. K Emergency Room Drop-Off-Corner of Turner Dr. and Middle St. 751 S. Bascom Avenue San Jose, CA 95128 2. O'Connor Hospital (OCH) a. OCH Main Entrance 2105 Forest Ave. San Jose, CA, 95128 The County also requires services at the Timpany Center (TC). The TC is managed by CSCHS but owned and operated by San Jose State University. 1. Timpany Center (TC) a. Main Entrance at Timpany Center 730 Empey Way San Jose, CA 95128 It is the County's intent to award a contract with an initial term of three (3) years with an option for the County to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The County reserves the right to award a proposal, a portion thereof or in its entirety. The County will hold a pre-proposal conference and site visits on the dates and times specified in Section III.A, Schedule of Events, of this RFP. Pre-proposal conference will be conducted through Microsoft Teams. Site visits are on premise with no virtual access. Attendance at both events is non-mandatory but highly recommended. Proposers must comply with the County's Vaccination Requirements and Health Orders and must submit the required documents during the course of the solicitation process, for: 1. Any non-mandatory conferences, site visits, or product demonstrations held onsite at County's premises, should proposers choose to participate. 2. The selected Contractor, upon notification of an intent to award. Interested proposers are strongly encouraged to submit written questions to the RFP Procurement Officer in advance of the conference. Additional written questions may be submitted at the time of the conference for those who attend. All written questions timely received prior to the conference will be addressed orally at the conference; however, oral responses are not binding Q & A deadline: Sep 30, 2022 3:00:00 PM PDT |
