Goodlette Frank Road Vegetation Maintenance (So of Pine Ridge Rd - 22nd Avenue)

Contractors to provide vegetation maintenance services on Goodlette Frank Road (CR-851) in Naples, Florida, as outlined in the specifications. This quote is for interim services while a formal solicitation is advertised, and the Board of County Commissioner awards a contract. The work is considered essential to provide an adequate flood protection level of service for this area. Goodlette Frank Road (CR-851) is a six (6) lane road with a drainage ditch on the west side of the roadway. The work area limits extend to all outfalls from adjoining roadside swales. There is limited access for large or heavy equipment to mow and trim the vegetation, so work will require manual labor using small equipment and hand tools to maintain areas. The Contractor shall provide roadside ditch mowing and maintenance services to include mowing, weed eating, trimming heavy brush type vegetation, and debris/trash removal as identified in the specifications. The work will primarily consist of manual labor using small equipment and hand tools such as mowing machines, weed trimmers, chain saws, machetes, and other tools and equipment to cut and trim heavy brush shrub type vegetation, as directed. The contractor shall exercise extreme caution, limit any flying debris, and avoid damage and/or injury to citizens, structures, and privately-owned property.
