Contractor must be qualified under Rule, 14-22, Florida Administrative Code - Work Class(es): 17 -- Intermediate I-75 (SR 93) at SR 951 TRC Members (Subject to Change) : Marlena Gore Sergio Figueroa Steve Davis The Florida Department of Transportation (Department) has issued this Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit competitive bids and proposals from Proposers for the reconstruction of the I-75 at State Road 951 Interchange in Collier County from the existing Diamond Interchange to a Partial Cloverleaf Interchange with two connection ramps over State Road 84/David Blvd., from and to CR 951 (Collier Blvd.), to provide for the "Ultimate Configuration". The existing I-75 bridges over SR 951 will remain. New bridges to accommodate ramp traffic will be constructed adjacent to the existing mainline bridges as well as new bridges on State Road 951 over Davis Blvd will be constructed for direct interstate access. Buffered bike lanes will be provided along SR/CR 951. Project also includes Signing and Pavement Markings, Signalization, Lighting, and ITS. Work Mix: 17 - Intermediate Bridges that contain none of the types of construction listed under Major Bridges and span lengths exceeding 50 feet (center to center of cap) Estimated Contract Time: 1200 Days Stipend Amount: $206,648 Financial Management Number: 425843-2-52-01 The qualifications of the D-B Firm must be consistent with the structure type which will be proposed in the D-B Firm's LOI and technical proposal. Design Build Firms responding to advertisements requiring Group 4 Bridge Design work type qualification must submit a completed and signed Bridge Design Qualification Form along with the LOI by the date/time deadline established for the LOI.
