Garbage Pickup Services at Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum

For waste removal services at Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum subject to the following conditions: 1. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment required to complete the service in a satisfactory manner, as determined by State Parks. 2. Contractor shall provide and service one (1) 3-yard dumpster at Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum once per week. The provided dumpster must be in good condition with a working lid and drain plug in place. The dumpster may have skids or wheels. 3. State Parks reserves the right to decrease or increase the number of pick-ups or the number of dumpsters depending on park conditions. 4. Contractor shall remove all waste from the provided dumpsters and deposit the waste at an authorized disposal area. 5. At the end of the contract term, Contractor shall remove the dumpster at the request of State Parks without any additional charges. 6. Contractor shall submit all invoices within 30 days of work performed to Edge of the Cedars State Park Museum personnel.
