All bid documents for this project are for REFERENCE ONLY. If bid documents are not obtained directly through engineer's office, or specified sources, and if bidder is not on the official plan holder's list the bid will be deemed void. Furnishing all labor, materials and equipment and performing all work necessary to: Rehabilitate Runway 18/36 and Taxiways (Asphalt Overlay). In general, this work will require the following approximate quantities: Base Bid: P-401 Asphalt Surface Course (6,062 TN); P-401 Asphalt Base Course (111 TN); P-403 Asphalt Leveling Course (2,733 TN) Alternate Bid: P-401 Asphalt Surface Course (2,505 TN); P-403 Asphalt Leveling Course (1,055 TN) Also Including: Partial Depth Crack Repair; Selective Milling; Paint Removal; Marking; Erosion Control; Seeding Questions regarding bids shall be directed to Brian Coomes, P.E., consulting engineer at (620) 670-5102. Contractors bidding need not be pre-qualified but shall be qualified to do the work. Contractors may inspect the project site by arrangement with Seth Simpson, airport manager, (620) 223-5490.
