Chief Kitsap Academy (CKA) Phase 1 Project

The scope under this project defined as Chief Kitsap Academy (CKA)- Phase 1 consists of targeted systems upgrade to fit within the current Small Districts Grant funding. The project scope covers work for Buildings 1 & 3 of the CKA.. The Construction portion of this project involves relocating existing units from the basement to the attic and add DOAS per zone for both Bldgs. 1 & 3. The building enclosure scopes include a targeted repair of 5 exiting windows and replace 2 doors for Bldg. 1 and a targeted cladding repair of the south and west, facing facades of Bldg. 3 as well as the replacement of the existing mulled window on the south elevation.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
