| Description | Scrubbing, cleaning, and re-grouting tile. Cleaning, stripping, waxing, and buffing VCT and Terrazzo flooring. All floors will be swept and cleaned prior to any work being performed. All baseboards will be cleaned, and any wax build up will be removed. All monthly work will be performed after normal working hours or on the weekends. Bi-annual strip and wax will be done on weekends only. All monthly and Bi-annual service visits will need prior approval before work begins.
