| Description | Site Directions: The project site is located on Burr Canyon Road approximately 10 miles south of the City of Kahlotus off the Pasco-Kahlotus Road (46.508383, -118.657456 to 46.515573, -118.606367). The project replaces existing guardrail on Burr Canyon Road that was either destroyed or compromised during the 2020 Washington Wildfires and Straight-Line Winds Event Disaster Number FEMA-4584-DR-WA. Approximately, 40 terminals and 11,510 linear feet of guardrail will be replaced. Franklin County in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 USC 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. |
