Silver Lake Trail Improvements - Phase 2 Major quantities for the Work include: Lighting Unit Type Special - 3 EACH Bituminous Wearing Course Mixture - 208 TONS Granular Borrow - 418 CU YD Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with the State of Minnesota. The City of Virginia reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City of Virginia.

Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting, Exterior Lighting, Lighting Poles and Standards.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Earthwork Methods.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Bases, Ballasts, and Paving, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Curbs, Gutters, Sidewalks, and Driveways.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
