Description | Pond Repairs for the benefit of the ODFW. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, permits, and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to make repairs to rearing ponds 12-20 watertight and safer for fish rearing. PROJECT START DATE: within 7 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. FINAL COMPLETION: No later than October 31, 2023 A. Contractor shall provide all necessary expertise, labor, equipment, materials, incidentals, and permits required to make repairs to rearing ponds 12-20 at Nehalem hatchery, including but not limited to: 1. Remove, prep, and repour sections of slab and walls as noted. 2. Inject chemical grout through the existing slabs to fill voids in the existing subbase and to seal/waterproof the exterior of the ponds. B. The Work to be performed under this Contract shall consist of furnishing tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and manufactured articles and for furnishing transportation and services, including fuel, power, water, and essential communications, and for the performance of all labor, Work, or other operations required for the fulfillment of the Contract in strict accordance with the Contract Documents. Refer to Work by Owner in paragraph 1.4 below.
