Description

Construction of a gravity sewer main, lift station, force main, and related appurtenances and improvements to connect the Greenland wastewater system to the Fayetteville wastewater system. Work covered by Contract Documents: The completed Work includes constructing a lift station and combination of gravity and force main sewer lines that connect to the City of Fayetteville's wastewater system. More specifically, the Project includes, but is not limited to, construction of the following: 1. Sanitary sewer lift station and related site and utility improvements. 2. Approximately 6,200 feet of 10-inch force sewer and related appurtenances through Greenland. 3. Approximately 3,500 feet of 15-inch gravity main and related appurtenances through Greenland. 4. Approximately 2,000 feet of 18-inch gravity main and related appurtenances through Fayetteville. The Project is located in the City of Greenland, AR 72737 and Washington County. Final completion- 425 consecutive calendar days
